I'm easy to deal with.
Generally, If you need to return an item because of my fault, (wrong item, wrong color etc) I'll refund return postage to you, and send you the correct item.
If you need to return something because you changed your mind, or decide you don't like it, you pay return postage. Item must be unused, in original packaging.
Be sure to email me about the return to get an RMA number and instructions, before returning the item.

If you are not satisfied, I'll work with you to reach a solution that will be acceptable to both of us.
